Video has emerged of the rescue of a South Carolina woman who police say was kept chained “like a dog” in a shipping container by a suspected serial killer. Cops say Kala Brown spent two months on property owned by Todd Kohlhepp in late 2016 after he allegedly lured her and her boyfriend there with the offer of a job.
